Kale chips are my favorite quick and easy snack. Instead of eating salty and high fat potato chips, try making your very own crispy baked kale chips...you will receive better nutrition and a richer taste. Crispy Kale Chips
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Tear leaves into bite sized pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale and spread on cookie sheet.
- Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning salt.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until crispy.
