People who are looking for meal replacements, extra calories or to increase their fruit and vegetable intake should definitely look into adding smoothies to their diet. I really enjoyed this smoothie combination (pineapple, banana and spinach) because I was able to include dark leafy greens into my diet and still end up with a dessert type beverage...you can't even taste the spinach! The pineapple and banana make a great combination and the almond coconut milk gives it a taste of paradise but also makes the smoothie more delectable and creamy. This smoothie is refreshing, healthful and delicious to make for breakfast, a snack or dessert!
Pineapple Green Machine
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, sliced
- 1 banana
- 1 cup almond coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 cup ice
1. Add all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth! Add water to smooth out chunks.
