As a busy college student I have found it difficult to eat a healthy yet filling breakfast every morning that only takes a few minutes to make. I have found this wonderful combination of fruit (thanks to my coworker!) that hits the spot and provides my body with antioxidants and enough fuel to get me to lunch time. It's sweet, delicious and refreshing especially during the hot summer!
This banana and papaya bowl is also a great snack or dessert. Takes 5 minutes to make!
TIP: add granola to make it the ultimate breakfast bowl
Banana and Papaya Bowl
- 1 ripe papaya, seeded
- 1 large banana, cut in slices
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Combine papaya and banana into a bowl and top with honey.
