What food may this be? BAGELS!
Since a bagel with cream cheese is one of my favorite foods to eat at ANYTIME OF THE DAY... I couldn't help but add a bagel sandwich to the batch of Recipe Redux ideas! I love making the average breakfast bagel with cream cheese into a delicious bagel sandwich. One of my favorite bagel sandwiches would be a simple turkey and cream cheese with yellow mustard combo, but for this post I wanted to spice things up a bit-- with some Sriracha! With just a teaspoon of Sriracha, my sandwich had a delightful kick to it!
- 1 Everything bagel thin, lightly toasted
- 3 tablespoons Neufchatel Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha
- 2 slices turkey
- 1 leaf of lettuce
- 4 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
In a small bowl, combine Neufchatel Cheese and Sriracha, mix well. Evenly spread cheese on each bagel thin. Place turkey, lettuce and tomatoes on top. Cut in half and enjoy your bagel thin sandwich!
