Açaí bowls have become a new norm for me every week because it's my way of cutting out sweet treats that usually aren't so satisfying. With each açaí bowl, I get to come up with my own fruit combination and one I cannot seem like to change is: açaí, banana, blueberries and mango and topped with walnuts, chia seeds and more blueberries! The banana and mango really sweeten up the tartness of the açaí and it's super dreamy. If I choose just the açaí with strawberries, I usually top it off with some honey to balance out that flavor. Anywhoo, loving my weekly antioxidant fruit smoothie bowls in the morning 👌🏻 what's your smoothie bowl favorite combinations?

Simple snacking. Today I enjoyed a small fuji Apple with sunflower seed butter and two string cheese sticks with cherry tomatoes and basil leaves. Using up food I have in the fridge and made this simple snack into a protein and fiber packed meal. 😍 also I am satisfied and ready to continue my rd exam studying🤓 how do you snack?
